What will You learn from this Training?

Mental Health First Aid Training is a program designed to equip participants with the knowledge to assist individuals facing mental health challenges or crises.

Similar to how physical first aid doesn’t train individuals to perform surgeries, our focus is not on counseling but on providing crucial skills. Learn to recognize early warning signs of mental health issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Psychosis, etc.

You will discover how to initiate conversations about mental health and effectively connect individuals with professional help. Upon completion, participants have the opportunity to undertake an online assessment, qualifying them as Workplace Mental Health First Aiders for a commendable three years.

Why You Should Join This Training

Embrace the opportunity to be a pillar of support for your community by attending this Mental Health First Aid Training. By participating, you not only empower yourself with the knowledge to recognize early warning signs but also become a catalyst for positive change.

Imagine the impact of being equipped to assist someone in their darkest moments, connecting them to the professional help they need. This training is not just about acquiring skills; it’s a commitment to fostering a compassionate and understanding community.

So, join us in this training as we embark on a journey to create a network of Mental Health First Aiders, individuals who make a difference, one empathetic gesture at a time.
