Join us for an unforgettable Valentine’s Day event at Mug n Brush in Rockingham, on Wednesday, February 14th 2024, at 10:00 am to 12:00 pm exclusively for Australian Defense Force (ADF) families in the west. Our “Coffee Connections” event promises to be a sweet and special day for families to come together and create lasting memories.
Mug n Brush is not just your average cafe – it’s a unique venue that offers an indoor play facility for children. This means that while adults sip on their coffee or cool drink, the kids can enjoy themselves in a fun and safe environment. Playground entry is also included for children, so there’s no need to worry about additional cost as this is a free event.
Considering the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to assure you that your safety is our top priority. We are closely following government regulations and have implemented a comprehensive COVID Safe Plan for this event. As a result, tickets are limited to ensure that we can practice safe social distancing.
When registering for the event, it’s important to register a ticket for each individual attending, including children. We will also require your best contact number during registration. This information will only be used in the event of a COVID-19 outbreak or if someone attending the event tests positive for the virus. We will provide your contact details to the Department of Health for contact tracing purposes if needed.
If you or a family member are feeling unwell with flu-like symptoms on the day of the event, we kindly ask that you stay at home. Attending the event with flu-like symptoms will not only put others at risk but also go against our commitment to maintaining a safe environment. Our staff will advise you to return home and seek medical advice if you arrive at the event feeling unwell.
To further prioritize hygiene, we will have antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizer available at the event. Your well-being is our utmost concern, and we want to ensure that you feel comfortable and protected.
Upon arrival at the event, please have your ticket ready, either in a printout or an electronic copy. This will help us streamline the check-in process and get you settled in as quickly as possible.
Please be aware that photographs will be taken during the event. If you prefer not to have your picture taken, please let our DMFS staff know on the day. It’s essential for us to capture the joy and connection of the event, and these photos may be used in DMFS publications, online platforms, or on social media.
If, for any reason, you are no longer able to attend the event, we kindly ask that you cancel your booking. You can easily do this by clicking on the link in your confirmation email and selecting the “Cancel my Order” option. This will release the tickets back to the event listing, allowing others the opportunity to join in the festivities.
While we hope that there will not be any changes to the event due to COVID-19 restrictions, we understand that unpredictable circumstances can arise. If there are any changes or cancellations, we will notify you via email. Therefore, it’s important to ensure that your email address is accurate during the registration process.
